Build core strength, flexibility, balance, and mental focus with each of our offerings which are accessible for every age (14 years and up) and fitness level. Our classes include core centric spin, hot pilates, yoga sculpt, yoga flow, barre, piloxing and the original hot 26 & 2. “I've been a member of The Hub since I moved here in May. I attend the H60 and yoga flow classes several times a week. I've really enjoyed being a member here. The instructors are all excellent, and the students are very friendly. One thing I really appreciate about this studio is that there is much more diversity in terms of gender, age, and race than most studios. The class times can be a little weird ( I would love a Saturday afternoon yoga class), but they work well for my 9-5 work schedule."
