RISE + FLOW

Expect the unexpected in this Rise and Flow. This non conventional choreographed flow yoga class will keep you on your toes—sometimes literally! The only constants to expect are feeling free, strong, and happy during and after class.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

This class is designed with gentle floor based poses designed to encourage your muscles to fully relax, your mental activity in the brain to slow down, to shift emotional patterns, bring ease to the breath, and tune into the nervous system’s healing capacity. This hour long class is perfect for any age or level student.

YOGA SCULPT

sculpt, sweat, then stretch. strength meets flexibility in this one hour class fusing yoga, cardio, and hand weights. practiced to upbeat music.

MAT PILATES

Deepen your Pilates practice with this class designed to strengthen and lengthen your muscles while improving flexibility, coordination and control. This full body workout combines classical Pilates exercises with cardio conditioning, energizing music, and a room temperature of 90F. The class will focus on core muscle groups while also training your arms and legs. Heat up, transform your body and have fun! Open to all levels

HUB POWER FLOW

This mindful yet energetic class is practiced at 90 degrees in our heated room. You will be lead through the synchronization of breath and movement to further the mind body connection to elongate the muscles, build strength and build balance. Be prepared for gentle music, variations of core work and experimentation.  You will leave feeling refreshed, sweaty, and invigorated.  This is an all-levels class.  Options will be offered for those more seasoned students who would  like to find and explore their edge, while simultaneously honoring those students that may request more time in child pose.   

HOT PILATES

FULL BODY WORKOUT COMBINING PILATES INSPIRED CORE STRENGTHENING WITH CARDIO CONDITIONING. HEAT UP, TRANSFORM YOUR BODY & HAVE FUN.

Take your pilates practice to new heights with this fun, high intensity low impact interval training (HIIT) designed to improve strength, endurance, control, & flexibility.

PILOXING

This high-intensity, high cardio workout combines pilates and boxing and leaves your knees weak, but your pulse strong!

What to bring:

- Mat, towel, water

- Weighted gloves (no higher than 1/2 lb.) are recommended but not required.

- Sticky socks are recommended but not required.

CORE CRUSHER

This 45-minute class focuses heavily on your core, using weights,  a workout band, or body weight.  Get ready for a fast-paced energetic core burner that will strengthen and tone your core

HIIT with WEIGHTS

This 45-minute routine gets the job done fast! The secret is plyometrics: explosive, high-intensity exercises like jump lunges, box jumps, jump squats, etc. This workout consists of alternating between bursts of high-intensity (plyometric) exercise and low-intensity (hand weights) exercise.

BARRE

We focus on creating long, lean muscles and strong core while increasing flexibility, coordination and posture.

This fast-paced workout improves balance, strength, grace and self-discipline with no joint stress - and will leave you standing taller! The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements. Don’t be surprised if your class incorporates light handheld weights or bands to bring the burn during all those reps. This class will marry precise technique to high-performance athleticism. This is intense. This is athletic. This is THE HUB

Get inspired with our 45 minute indoor cycling experience. The HUB RIDE offers core centered body benefit that meets the needs of all fitness levels, from beginner to elite athlete. Our beat-based ride provides maximum benefit through a combination of calorie torching interval training & weighted exercises.

GROOVE RIDE

 Get ready to ride to the beat of the music.  Change your focus from the numbers and lose yourself in the music while you work up a great sweat  This is a choreography driven ride.
