Before You Arrive

Visit our schedule page to book your ride.  Classes fill up so do this ahead. BOOK HERE!

Dress the part- Wear comfortable athletic attire.  Pants (or shorts) should be form fitting to safely clear the wheel.  Wear closed toed athletic shoes of dedicated indoor cycling shoes.

Fuel up- Hydrate! Depending on time of ride, you may want a light snack to fuel your ride.  Link to the “Fuel your Ride” button on GUIDE TO YOUR RIDE page. Activated link entitled “more information”

When you Arrive

Tell us you are NEW! Fill out the registration paperwork at the front desk. Tell the HUB team If you have any injuries. The staff will guide you to the RIDE room.

Get Ready

Once you have checked in at the front desk, head to the room.  

Get set up. Pick a bike and the instructor will assist in fitting the bike for you.  Let the instructor know if you need to swap the weights for another size. Your bike will be outfitted with a towel & 2 lb weights.   We have 3 & 5 lb weighs if you prefer.

Settle in & Lighten up.  Hop on and get settled.  Clip your shoes into the pedal if you have cycle shoes.  Start moving your legs. Lighten the resistance to allow your legs to warm up,  Say hello to your fellow riders!

During Class

Find the Beat. Our Beat is designed to fuel your ride.  Your instructor will help your find the beat and guide you to use the RPM on the console to match the beat to your pace.  It makes it MUCH more fun!

Listen Up Your instructor will coach & motivate you to have your best ride.  Listen to the Cues. Listen to your Body. Listen to the music.

After Class

Freshen up Our studio has showers for post-class clean up

Stretch & Recharge Your ride end with a brief stretch session.  The HUB also has a yoga studio. Many of the HUB ride classes are strategically scheduled so you can pop into yoga afterwards.  Elongate your muscles & recharge with a post ride yoga class.

REMINDER Arrive early!  Bikes are released 5 minutes before class.  If you have not checked in another rider may grab your bike.  Don’t miss your ride!
